Requirements
To declare employee or visitor as Absconder, the following documents are required for submission at GSO Business Counter:
- “Application for Absconder Service” duly filled and signed by authorized signatory (Our Fixit Express Business Administration Services Typing Center Dubai Knowledge Village smart Typist will help you to get this Filled Application).
- Two (2) passport photocopies of the sponsored absentee (including Visa page for employee) (We can make the photocopies for you in our office).
- Entry Permit Photocopy (for absconders on Visit Visas) (We can make the photocopies for you in our office).

- Upon submission of documents, GSO Business Counter accepts the request and forwards it to obtain the Managements approval.
- Immigration will issue the Absconder Confirmation Form after ten (10) days from date of payment.
- Company Representative may collect a copy of the absconders confirmation form from GSO Delivery Counter upon request.
- Clients may request a replacement visa (Employment) as a substitute upon receipt of the absconders confirmation form.
